Agreement
By requesting a study, paying a deposit, or attending a briefing, you agree to these terms. If a written estimate or engagement letter contradicts a clause here, the signed estimate governs that engagement. Pipeline Flowgrid is the practice operating from Level 7, 28 Gorgasali Street, Batumi 6010.
The work
We deliver professional analytics studies and briefings as described on the studies and rates pages. We do not host a product, grant software licences, or take write access to a live radio layer. Deliverables are written packs, maps, lists, and sittings. You remain responsible for any change to live configuration.
Your materials
You warrant that you have the right to give us counter exports, drive-test traces, alarm logs, and site lists. You remain the owner of those files. We use them only to perform the engagement and as described in the privacy note.
Our materials
The written pack, maps, and lists we produce are licensed to you for internal use in your planning, operations, and regulatory work, including sharing with a commissioner or a vendor you already contract. You may not resell the pack as a product or publish it as if it were Pipeline Flowgrid marketing. We retain the right to reuse anonymous methods and non-identifying examples in later field notes.
Estimates and payment
Starting prices on the rates page are informational. A binding fee is the figure in the estimate. A 40% deposit confirms the calendar. The remainder is due when the frozen pack is delivered. Invoices are in Georgian lari. Late data drops may move the calendar as described on the rates page.
Liability
We prepare packs with care from the files you supply. We do not warrant that a map will match a future hour, that a freeze list will obtain funding, or that a regulator will accept a filing. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for lost traffic, lost spectrum decisions, or vendor charges that follow a sitting.
Confidentiality
Site lists, counters, and incident timelines are treated as confidential. We do not name operators in public client notes without permission. Anonymised descriptions such as “western Georgia market” may appear where a person has agreed to be quoted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, with Batumi as the preferred venue where the procedural rules allow. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections that Georgian law grants to a natural person acting outside their trade.
