After a bad Thursday the NOC already knows how it felt. What the Monday morning note still lacks is a timeline that names cells, hops, and the hour the load moved. Incident reconstruction is a short study, usually two weeks, built from alarm logs, counter exports around the window, and the trouble tickets that were opened while people were still shouting.
The pack is a chronology, a drawing of which neighbours absorbed the traffic, and a finding that is allowed to be unsatisfying — sometimes the cause is a backhaul card, sometimes a parameter freeze, sometimes a site that was in a planned outage that nobody copied into the war-room sheet. We write it so a person who was not in the room can read it later.
