What can be refunded
Pipeline Flowgrid sells studies and briefings, not boxed goods and not a hosted product. Refunds therefore follow the state of the work, not a cooling-off for a downloaded file.
Deposit
A 40% deposit holds the calendar. If you cancel in writing more than ten working days before the agreed start of reading, the deposit is returned in full, minus any bank transfer fee we actually paid. If you cancel inside those ten days, the deposit is kept because the slot was held against other requests.
After reading has started
Once we have sent the quality note — or, if the files were clean, once we have sent the first maps — the deposit is not returned. Work already done is billed at the estimate’s implied weekly rate up to the full fee. If you stop the engagement at that point, you receive the materials already produced (quality note, draft maps) and not a finished pack or a briefing.
If we have delivered the frozen pack, the remainder stated on the invoice is due. There is no refund of the pack fee because the written work has been handed over. The included briefing can still be scheduled.
Briefings
A sitting that is part of a study can be moved once, with five working days’ notice, at no extra fee if the new date is within four weeks and in Batumi. A second move, or a move with less notice, may be billed as an extra half-day at 850 GEL. If you do not attend and do not write, the sitting is treated as held and is not repeated without that extra fee.
A half-day booked without a full study (850 GEL) is refundable in full if cancelled more than five working days ahead. Inside five days, half the fee is returned. A no-show is not refunded.
Materials we purchased
If an engagement required a named extra — for example a drive-test crew we contracted at your written request — those third-party costs are not refundable once the crew was booked, unless the crew themselves refund us. We will pass through any refund we actually receive.

How money comes back
Refunds are paid to the same Georgian bank account that paid the invoice, in GEL, within fifteen working days of our written agreement that a refund is due. We do not send cash. We do not refund onto a card because this site does not take cards.
Exceptions
If we cannot staff a held slot and you do not accept a later calendar, you receive a full refund of sums paid for that engagement, including the deposit. If a pack contains an identity error we introduced and we cannot correct it, you may refuse the remainder and keep the deposit as the fee for the defective draft, or ask us to reissue — your choice, stated in writing.
Georgian mandatory rules for consumers acting outside their trade apply in addition to this note where they cannot be waived.
