Controller
Pipeline Flowgrid, Level 7, 28 Gorgasali Street, Batumi 6010, is the controller for personal data collected via pipeline-flowgrid.digital and via telephone +995 422 555 538 or email hello@pipeline-flowgrid.digital. Enquiries may be sent to that email. Where Georgian law requires a contact with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, we will cooperate with that Service.
What we collect
From the study request form: name, email address, the study you selected, optional network layer and timeframe, and the message you write. From email and telephone: whatever you choose to tell us, which may include job title and operator name. From a commissioned study: the professional files you send (site lists, counters, logs). Those files may contain names of engineers in ticket text; we do not seek extra personal data from them.
We do not ask for identity documents, payment-card numbers, or health information on this site. We do not run a customer login.
Why we hold it
We use request data to reply, to scope an estimate, and to perform a study you commission. We use invoices and deposit records to account for fees. If you accept analytics cookies, we use a small read of which field notes were opened, as described in the cookie note. Essential cookies remember a cookie choice.
Legal bases under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection include performance of a contract (a commissioned study), our legitimate interest in answering a request you initiated, and consent where you accept analytics cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful study requests are kept for 12 months so we can resume a conversation you restart, then deleted from the mailbox archive we control. Engagement files are kept for 5 years after the last invoice, which matches how long a planning desk typically asks us to re-open a pack. Invoice records follow Georgian accounting retention. Analytics cookies last as in the cookie table.
Who sees it
Analysts at the Batumi desk who are working the engagement. Our accountant for invoices. Hosting for this static site, which receives the form post only as configured on the host (this project posts to a mock endpoint for demonstration). We do not sell lists of planning leads.
International transfers
If a host or email provider stores mail outside Georgia, we rely on a written arrangement and on the fact that you chose to write to us. We will name the country on request. We do not send study files to a public generative service.
Your rights
Subject to the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and a copy of data you provided. You may withdraw cookie consent without losing the ability to request a study. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. We will answer rights requests through hello@pipeline-flowgrid.digital, typically within one month.
Children
Studies are professional services for operators and public bodies. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this note changes in a material way, we will date the update on this page. Continued use of the site after that date applies to new requests.
