Studies are quoted in Georgian lari. There is no monthly subscription and no “seat.” You pay for a written pack and a sitting. The figures below assume a usable site list and counter exports that cover the window we agree. If the list is a year stale, the first week of reconciliation is still billed inside the study, but the calendar stretches.
One market or layer, maps, worst-cell list, written note, Batumi briefing included.
Hop and interface reading for a single market whose names match the radio sites.
One corridor or small city, using a drive-test trace you already hold.
One named evening, one cluster, chronology and holding-cell note.
Your existing indicators, shown at cluster and hour, with a method paragraph.
A sitting on maps your own desk already produced. Batumi only at this rate.
What moves an estimate
Site count is the honest factor. A Batumi metro 4G cut is not a western Georgia dual-layer reading. Dual technology, a second market, or a pack that must also reconstruct a named incident is a new line, not a discount code.
Travel to an operations floor outside Batumi is billed at cost and named in the estimate. Video sittings do not add a travel line.
Drive testing we conduct ourselves is never folded into the mapping starting price. If you need a crew, we will say so and quote it separately or ask you to hire one you already trust.
How payment runs
A study is confirmed with a 40% deposit against the estimate. The remainder is due when the frozen pack is delivered, before the briefing if the sitting is part of the fee. We invoice in GEL. We do not take card payments on this site; the invoice states bank details.
If the data drop is more than ten working days late, we may reissue the calendar rather than compress the reading into the week before your freeze. That reissue can change the fee if it collides with another held slot.
For cancellation, deposits, and what happens if work has already started, read the refund note.
